TASMANIAN STAMP AUCTIONS is committed to complying with all Australian Commonwealth and Tasmanian legislation governing the privacy of personal information by businesses and to protecting and safeguarding your privacy when you deal with us. (see http://www.privacy.gov.au)

Names, postal and e-mail addresses, collecting interests, etc will not be provided to a third party under any circumstances. Credit card and bank account details are not stored electronically and only the proprietor has access to any paper records of such information.

Only the sole proprietor of TASMANIAN STAMP AUCTIONS has access to the database used to store client information.


 


ONLINE STORE - DELIVERY POLICY

 

All material offered for direct sale at the TASMANIAN STAMP AUCTIONS Online Store is sold on a "what you see is what you'll get" basis ... i.e. the item shown in the image provided is the item you will receive when purchased

All purchases will be shipped within 48 hours (usually in less than 24 hours) and delivery will take up to 21 days (usually under 7 days in Australia and 14 days to anywhere else on the globe). Naturally, TASMANIAN STAMP AUCTIONS cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays by postal administrations as a result of strikes, natural disasters, etc. Therefore, purchasers are encouraged to request shipping details if there are any concerns whatsoever.

When paying by Visa or Mastercard your credit card will not be debited until an order is processed and securely packed for immediate despatch. (sorry American Express and Diners cards are not accepted by Tasmanian Stamp Auctions)

All purchases with a value of AU$100+ will be sent by registered mail free of additional fee. Purchasers who require registration of shipments of a lesser value should make a request when placing an order - the registration fee @ cost will be added the the current flat rate postage fee charged.

 

 

ONLINE STORE - REFUNDS POLICY

 

All material is sold on a "money back if not entirely satisfied" basis.

If any item is found upon receipt to be not as described, the proprietor should be contacted immediately by e-mail, phone or personally (full contact details are provided on the ABOUT US page). If the item or items are then returned immediately (and received in the same condition as when despatched), a full refund will be given plus the cost of the postage and any other applicable fees.

Requests for additional images or information about any item offered for sale are welcome.
